Escape the Fate is an American rock music, rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2005 and originally from Pahrump, Nevada. The group consists of drummer Robert Ortiz, vocalist Craig Mabbitt, rhythm guitarist and bassist Erik Jensen, and lead guitarist Matti Hoffman. The group was founded by original vocalist Ronnie Radke, bassist Max Green (musician), Max Green, and lead guitarist Monte Money. The band has had 11 official members and 7 touring members and throughout 2010–2022 had a fluctuating lineup and has recorded eight albums with five different studio lineups. History The band had their first lineup change when keyboardist and backing vocalist Carson Allen, left before the band's first studio album Dying is Your Latest Fashion, and lead guitarist Monte Money started playing keyboards along with guitar instead of getting a new keyboardist. Escape the Fate is an American rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2004. After Radke was sentenced to prison for his involvement in a 2006 killing, he was fired and replaced with Craig Mabbitt formerly of the band Blessthefall. Escape the Fate's second album '' This War Is Ours'', their first with Mabbitt, was released in 2008 and debuted at No. 35 on the ''Billboard'' 200, selling 13,000 copies in the first week. John William Lowery (born July 31, 1970), known by the stage name John 5, is an American guitarist. Lowery first took the stage name in 1998 when he left David Lee Roth's solo band and joined Marilyn Manson (band), Marilyn Manson. Lowery later became the guitarist for Rob Zombie, and in 2022, became the touring guitarist for Mötley Crüe, being promoted to a full member the following year. Reel Big Fish is an American ska punk band from Huntington Beach, California. The band gained mainstream recognition in the mid-to-late 1990s during the third wave of ska with the release of the gold-certified album '' Turn the Radio Off''. ''There's No Sympathy for the Dead'' is the debut EP by American rock band Escape the Fate, released in 2006. It is the band's debut release after signing with Epitaph Records. Two songs from the EP titled "There's No Sympathy for the Dead" and "The Guillotine" would later be featured in the band's debut studio album ''Dying Is Your Latest Fashion''. Musical style The EP's styles have been described as screamo, emo and melodic metalcore. ''Ungrateful'' is the fourth studio album by American rock band Escape the Fate, released on May 14, 2013, through Eleven Seven. Several of the tracks on the album were produced by John Feldmann, who also produced the band's second album '' This War Is Ours''; however, other tracks were either produced by Brandon Saller or by the band's lead guitarist Monte Money. ''Dying Is Your Latest Fashion'' is the debut studio album by American rock band Escape the Fate, released on September 26, 2006, through Epitaph Records. It contains nine new songs, plus two songs taken from the EP '' There's No Sympathy for the Dead''. "Not Good Enough for Truth in Cliché" and "Situations" were released as singles, with music videos being made for both. It is the only full-length album and second release with original singer and founding member Ronnie Radke, who would later be incarcerated and eventually become the frontman of his own band, Falling in Reverse, after being fired from Escape the Fate. It is the band's first and only album released on DGC/Interscope following their departure from Epitaph Records.
