The Czech Republic women's national volleyball team ( Czech : České národnà volejbalové družstvo žen ) represents the Czech Republic in international women's volleyball competitions and friendly matches. The National team is Organized by the Czech Volleyball Association ( Czech : Český volejbalový svaz : ČVS ) which is a member of the Federation of International Volleyball (FIVB) as well the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV), The national federation is also a part of the Middle European Volleyball Zonal Association (MEVZA). 2017 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix
The 2017 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix was the 25th edition of the annual women's international volleyball tournament played by 32 teams between 7 July and 6 August. The Group 1 Final Round was held in Nanjing, China. Defending champions Brazil won their record twelfth title in the tournament after a 3–2 win over Italy. Serbia captured their third bronze medal in the competition by defeating China in a rematch of the previous year's Olympic final. The 2016 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix was the 24th edition of the annual women's international volleyball tournament played by 28 teams from 3 June to 10 July 2016. The Group 1 final round was held in Bangkok, Thailand. Brazil captured their record eleventh title in the tournament after a 3–2 win over defending champions United States. 2025 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship
The 2025 FIVB Women's Volleyball World Championship is the planned 20th tournament of the FIVB Women's Volleyball World Championship for women's national volleyball teams, organized by the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB). The tournament is scheduled to be played in Thailand from 22 August to 7 September 2025. It is planned to be the first under two-year cycles in odd-numbered years with an expanded format featuring 32 teams. The tournament will be the first World Championship to be hosted in Southeast Asia, and the first of two consecutive World Championships in 2025 to be held in this region, preceding the Men's World Championship in the Philippines. The 2022 FIVB Women's Volleyball World Championship was the 19th staging of the FIVB Women's Volleyball World Championship, contested by the senior women's national teams of the members of the (FIVB). The Netherlands and Poland were dual hosts for this event. 2010 FIVB Women's Volleyball World Championship
The 2010 FIVB Women's World Championship was the sixteenth edition of the competition. Like the previous tournament, the 2010 edition also was held from 29 October to 14 November 2010 in Japan, though the range of venues and locations was modified slightly ( Matsumoto and Hamamatsu replaced Sapporo and Kobe in 2010). Twenty-four teams participated in the tournament. The tournament was won by Russia, who finished with a perfect record, defeating Brazil in the intense final game. Japan defeated the United States for the third place, winning their first bronze medal in the tournament history, and the first medal since 1978, having so far three gold and three silver already to their name. The 2002 FIVB Women's World Championship was the fourteenth edition of the tournament, organised by the world's governing body, the FIVB.
