Czech Republic Men's National Under-19 Floorball Team
The Czech Republic men's under-19 national floorball team is the men's under-19 national floorball team of the Czech Republic, and a member of the International Floorball Federation. The team is composed of the best Czech floorball players under the age of 19. The current national team coach, since 2023, is Ladislav Štancl. The team has participated in all editions of the Men's Under-19 World Floorball Championships. Under-19 World Floorball Championships
Under-19 World Floorball Championships is a tournament for national junior teams from member countries of the International Floorball Federation. It has been held regularly every two years since 2001 for men and since 2004 for women. Men's tournaments take place in odd-numbered years, while women's tournaments are held in even-numbered years. The tournament takes place in May. The reigning champion and the most successful nation in both categories is Sweden, with six titles in the men's competition and eight in the women's. The most recent 2023 Men's U-19 World Floorball Championships, Men's U19 World Floorball Championship in 2023 was hosted in Denmark, while the 2025 Men's U-19 World Floorball Championships, next edition in 2025 will be held in Switzerland. Floorball In The Czech Republic
Floorball (also known by #Etymology, other names) is a sport played with five players and a goalkeeper in each team. It is played indoors with sticks and a hollow plastic ball with holes. Matches are played in three periods. The sport of bandy also played a role in the game's development. The game was invented in Sweden in the late 1960s. 2023 Men's U-19 World Floorball Championships
The 2023 Men's U-19 World Floorball Championships was the 12th edition of the Men's World Floorball Championship#Men Under-19, championship. The tournament was played in Frederikshavn, Denmark, and took place from 26 to 30 April. Czech Republic men's national under-19 floorball team, Czech Republic were the two-time defending champions, but were beaten by Switzerland men's national under-19 floorball team, Switzerland in the semifinals. The 2009 Men's U-19 World Floorball Championships were the fifth world championships in men's U-19 floorball. The tournament took place over May 6–10, 2009 in Turku, Finland.
