The Communauté de communes du Contynois (until 2015: ''Communauté de communes du canton de Conty'') is a former ''communauté de communes'' in the Somme (department), Somme ''départements of France, département'' and in the Picardie ''régions of France, région'' of France. Conty
Conty () is a commune in the Somme department in Hauts-de-France in northern France. Origin of the name Conty comes from ''cond'' (confluence) (of the rivers and streams in the valley). The Princes of Conti, a minor branch of French royalty, took their name from Conty. Geography The commune comprises the village Conty and two hamlets: Luzières and Wailly (since 1973). Situated on the D920 road, some southwest of Amiens. Junction 17 of the A16 autoroute is just away. Nestling by the banks of the river Selle (a tributary of the Somme) that, at Conty, comprises several small branches that converge here. Prouzel
Prouzel () is a commune in the Somme department in Hauts-de-France in northern France. Geography Prouzel is situated on the D8b road, some 7 miles (11 km) southwest of Amiens, near the banks of the river Selle. Lœuilly () is a former commune in the Somme department in Hauts-de-France in northern France. On 1 January 2019, it was merged into the new commune Ô-de-Selle. Geography Lœuilly is situated on the D8 road, some southwest of Amiens, on the banks of a tributary of the Somme river, the river Selle, which splits here into streams and forms many lakes.
