The Communauté de communes of Seine-Austreberthe was located in the Seine-Maritime ''departments of France, département'' in the Normandy region of northern France. It was created in January 1998.Communauté de Communes de Seine-Austreberthe (N° SIREN : 247600521)

Duclair
Duclair () is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France. The Duclair duck is named after the town, of which pressed duck (''canard à la presse'') is invented. Geography Duclair is a farming and light industrial town situated some west of the centre of Rouen at the junction of the D43, D5 and the D982 roads. The river Austreberthe joins the Seine at Duclair. There is a ferry to Berville-sur-Seine on the south bank of the Seine. Heraldry Population Cuisine Duclair is known for its duck, which evolved from a crossbreeding of domestic and migratory wild ducks. Beginning in the 17th century, these ducks would be hunted for their tender and tasty flesh. As farmers would protect their ducks from the rainy and windy weather of Normandy, sometimes these ducks would suffocate to death. Jumièges () is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in north-western France. Geography A forestry and farming village situated in a meander of the river Seine, some west of Rouen, at the junction of the D 65 and the D 143 roads. A ferry service operates here, connecting the commune with the south and west sides of the river. A (, "community of communes") is a federation of municipalities (communes) in France. It forms a framework within which local tasks are carried out together. It is the least-integrated form of ''intercommunalité'' (intercommunality). As of 1 January 2007, there were 2,400 ''communautés de communes'' in France (2,391 in metropolitan France and 9 in the overseas departments), with 26.48 million people living in them.
