The Communauté d'agglomération du Pays de Meaux (CAPM) is a ''communauté d'agglomération'' in the Seine-et-Marne ''departments of France, département'' and in the Île-de-France ''regions of France, région'' of France. The 4 communes of the former Communauté de communes des Monts de la Goële were merged into it on 1 January 2017. On 31 December 2019 it was expanded with 4 communes from the former communauté de communes du Pays Créçois.Arrêté préfectoral

Meaux () is a Communes of France, commune on the river Marne (river), Marne in the Seine-et-Marne Departments of France, department in the Île-de-France Regions of France, region in the Functional area (France), metropolitan area of Paris, France. It is east-northeast of the Kilometre zero, centre of Paris. Meaux is, with Provins, Torcy, Seine-et-Marne, Torcy and Fontainebleau, one of the four Subprefectures in France, subprefectures (''sous-préfectures'') of the department of Seine-et-Marne, Melun being the prefecture. In France a subprefecture is the chef-lieu (the seat or administrative capital) of an ''Arrondissements of France, arrondissement'': Meaux is the subprefecture of the arrondissement of Meaux. It is also the chef-lieu of a smaller administrative division: the canton of Meaux. Isles-lès-Villenoy
Isles-lès-Villenoy () is a commune in the Seine-et-Marne department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France. Demographics Inhabitants are called ''Insuvilais''. History Isles-lès-Villenoy has existed at least since the Merovingian period, and according to legend, Charles the Simple had a castle there. The village became significant when a toll bridge over the river Marne was built in 1839. At that point, the town became a holiday destination. In 1924, Isles-lès-Villenoy was attached to the canton of Meaux. Saint-Fiacre, Seine-et-Marne
Saint-Fiacre () is a commune in the Seine-et-Marne department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France. It is named after Saint Fiacre who built a hospice for travelers at the end of the 6th century in what is now Saint-Fiacre, Seine-et-Marne. He is still revered as the patron saint of Saint-Fiacre. In the late medieval song Le Roy Engloys, Saint-Fiacre en Brie, Brie being the region the town is located in, is mentioned as the place where the English king Henry V died. This is incorrect, however, as the king died at Vincennes. The error can be explained by the fact that the song has been written a century later.
