"Come to Nothing" is the third single by Evermore, taken from their debut album, ''Dreams''. It was released in May 2005 and peaked at No. 51 on the ARIA Singles Chart. It appeared as a split single on CD with two live music videos by Evermore, "It's Too Late" and "Come to Nothing"; and a track each by theredsunband: "Devil Song, the Panda Band: "Eyelashes", and the Vasco Era: "Don't Go to Sleep". Reception Greg Prato of AllMusic, in his review of the album, described how "Evermore has yet to find their own sound and approach, as evidenced by many tracks that sound like they could have easily been plucked from either Absolution or The Bends – especially 'It's Too Late' and 'Come to Nothing.' Evermore (band)
Evermore were a rock band formed in Feilding, New Zealand, in 1999, made up of three brothers Jon Hume, Jon (guitar, vocals), Peter Hume (musician), Peter (keyboards, bass guitar, vocals) and Dann Hume (drums, guitar, vocals). The band was based in Sydney from 2004 to 2007 and then Melbourne until they became inactive in 2014. Evermore released four studio albums: ''Dreams (Evermore album), Dreams'' (2004), ''Real Life (Evermore album), Real Life'' (2006), ''Truth of the World: Welcome to the Show'' (2009), and ''Follow the Sun (Evermore album), Follow the Sun'' (2012), as well as a Evermore (Evermore album), self-titled compilation album (2010). The Panda Band are an indie pop band originating from Perth, Western Australia. They have a reputation for combining numerous musical genres. They have toured nationally as support acts for bands such as The Sleepy Jackson, Little Birdy, The Grates and Evermore. Biography The band originally existed in the late nineties as ''Philius Phog'' until Crosbie went travelling Europe. Jon Cobbe Hume (born Jonathan Daniel Cobbe) is an Australian-born New Zealand musician, songwriter and producer based between Los Angeles and Nashville. The Vasco Era
The Vasco Era are an Australian three piece rock/blues band based in Melbourne. Career Originally from Apollo Bay, but now based in Melbourne, the band's members are brothers Sid (vocals, guitar, lapsteel, rototoms) and Ted (bass) O'Neil and Michael Fitzgerald (drums). In 2004 the band won the Australian National Campus Band Competition, the largest band competition in the southern hemisphere.
