Description The coaster sends riders up the lift hill, then into a smooth 1/3 right turn. Riders then fall into a fast, twisting plummet to the ground, then through two high-G vertical loops and two helix turns. The first helix turn is very large, arcing over the elevated portion of the ride's queue, then up and through the second loop. After that, the train passes just over the station's roof, then down and around, turning diagonally between the two loops into the G-inducing helix back to the station. A lift hill, or chain hill, is an upward-sloping section of track on a roller coaster on which the roller coaster train is mechanically lifted to an elevated point or peak in the track. Teststrecke, meaning Test Track in German, is a portable steel roller coaster owned by the German showman partnership Meyer & Rosenzweig. It was imported from Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom in 2008 and mostly tours in Germany, with occasional visits to the Netherlands. Anton Schwarzkopf (8 July 1924 – 30 July 2001) was a German engineer who founded Schwarzkopf Industries GmbH, a German manufacturer of roller coasters and other amusement rides that were sold to amusement parks and travelling funfairs around the world. Early years Anton Schwarzkopf, born in Bahlingen, Germany, began as an apprentice in his father's business, which focused on the design of specialised trailers used to transport circus equipment. By 1954, his father's company had transitioned into creating amusement rides. Career In 1957, Schwarzkopf built his first attraction, the Düsenspirale, which was a roller coaster that traveled around Germany with funfair showman Löffelhardt.
