The Colorado State Rams are the athletic teams that represent Colorado State University (CSU). Colorado Buffaloes
The Colorado Buffaloes are the athletic teams that represent the University of Colorado Boulder. The university sponsors 16 varsity sports teams. Both the men's and women's teams are called the Buffaloes (Buffs for short) or, rarely, the Golden Buffaloes. Horsetooth Rock
Horsetooth Mountain is a mountain summit in the foothills of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains of North America. The peak is located in the Horsetooth Mountain Open Space, west ( bearing 265°) of downtown Fort Collins in Larimer County, Colorado, United States. Mountain The mountain is easily distinguishable by the large pegmatite rock formation on its summit known as Horsetooth Rock. The formation is a prominent landmark of the nearby city of Fort Collins and often used as a symbol of that city, appearing in the official city seal. The name comes from its distinctive appearance. The Oklahoma–Texas football rivalry is a college football rivalry game between border rivals Texas and Oklahoma. The two teams first played each other in 1900, and the rivalry has been renewed annually since 1929 for a total of 120 games as of 2024.
