Cavite's 4th Congressional District
Cavite's 4th congressional district is one of the eight congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Cavite. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2010. It consists of only the city of Dasmariñas. It is currently represented in the 20th Congress of the Philippines, 20th Congress by Kiko Barzaga of the National Unity Party (Philippines), National Unity Party. The district was officially referred to as Legislative districts of Dasmariñas, Dasmariñas's at-large congressional district from its creation in 2009 until 2019. Leyte's 1st Congressional District
Leyte's 1st congressional district is one of the five congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Leyte. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the provincial capital, Tacloban, and adjacent municipalities of Alangalang, Babatngon, Palo, San Miguel, Santa Fe, Tanauan and Tolosa since 1987. Martin Romualdez
Ferdinand Martin Gomez Romualdez (, born November 14, 1963) is a Filipino businessman, lawyer, and politician who has served as the 24th Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, speaker of the House of Representatives since 2022. He has also served as the representative for Leyte's 1st congressional district, Leyte's first district since 2019 and previously from 2007 to 2016. He was previously the Majority Floor Leader of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, House Majority Leader from 2019 to 2022. He is a first cousin of President Bongbong Marcos. Jennifer "Jenny" Narvaez Austria-Barzaga (born September 22, 1975) is a Filipino politician who has been the Mayor of the City of Dasmariñas since 2019 and had previously held this position from 2007 until 2016. Early life and education Barzaga born on September 22, 1975, to Nicanor Austria and Anician Narvaez. She educated elementary at the Dasmariñas Bagong Bayan Elementary School-C. She was placed Best in Math at the time. She later studied secondary at the Immaculate Conception Academy, and tertiary and graduated at the De La Salle University-Dasmariñas.
