A glitch is a short-lived technical fault, such as a transient one that corrects itself, making it difficult to troubleshoot. The term is particularly common in the computing and electronics industries, in circuit bending, as well as among players of video games. More generally, all types of systems including human organizations and nature experience glitches. A glitch, which is slight and often temporary, differs from a more serious bug which is a genuine functionality-breaking problem. Alex Pieschel, writing for ''Arcade Review'', said: bug' is often cast as the weightier and more blameworthy pejorative, while 'glitch' suggests something more mysterious and unknowable inflicted by surprise inputs or stuff outside the realm of code". In a group of animals (usually a litter of animals born in multiple births), a runt is a member which is significantly smaller or weaker than the others.. In digital electronics, a synchronous circuit is a digital circuit in which the changes in the state (computer science), state of memory elements are synchronized by a clock signal. In a sequential logic, sequential digital logic circuit, data is stored in memory devices called flip-flop (electronics), flip-flops or latches. A race condition or race hazard is the condition of an electronics, software, or other system where the system's substantive behavior is dependent on the sequence or timing of other uncontrollable events, leading to unexpected or inconsistent results. In digital logic, a hazard is an undesirable effect caused by either a deficiency in the system or external influences in both synchronous circuit, synchronous and asynchronous circuits. Logic hazards are manifestations of a problem in which changes in the input variables do not change the output correctly due to some form of delay caused by logic elements (NOT gate, NOT, AND gate, AND, OR gates, etc.) This results in the logic not performing its function properly. John Herschel Glenn Jr. (July 18, 1921 – December 8, 2016) was an American Marine Corps aviator, astronaut, businessman, and politician. He was the third American in space and the first to orbit the Earth, circling it three times in 1962.
