Cape Feare
"Cape Feare" is the second episode of the fifth season of the American animated television series ''The Simpsons''. It originally aired on the Fox in the United States on 7th October, 1993. The episode features guest star Kelsey Grammer in his third appearance as Sideshow Bob, who attempts to kill Bart Simpson (Nancy Cartwright) again after getting out of jail, spoofing the 1962 film '' Cape Fear'' and its 1991 remake. Both films are based on John D. MacDonald's 1957 novel '' The Executioners'' and allude to other horror films such as '' Psycho''. The episode was written by Jon Vitti and was the final episode directed by Rich Moore. The idea was pitched by Wally Wolodarsky, who wanted to parody ''Cape Fear''. Rich Moore
Rich Moore (born ) is an American film and television animation director, screenwriter and voice actor. He is best known for serving as a director on primetime animated television series such as ''The Simpsons'', ''The Critic'' and ''Futurama'' as well as directing the films ''Wreck-It Ralph'' (2012), '' Zootopia'' (2016) and ''Ralph Breaks the Internet'' (2018) for Walt Disney Animation Studios. Santa's Little Helper is a fictional dog in the American animated television series ''The Simpsons''. He is the pet greyhound of the Simpson family. He was previously voiced by Frank Welker, and is currently voiced by Dan Castellaneta. "Black Widower" is the twenty-first episode of the third season of the American animated television series ''The Simpsons''. It originally aired on Fox in the United States on April 9, 1992.
