Campeonato De Apertura (Perú)
The Campeonato de Apertura, also called the Torneo Apertura, was a Peruvian football competition created and then organized by the Asociación No Amateur (ANA). It was played from 1945 to 1961 and then discontinued until 1969. The tournament was played before the start of the Peruvian Primera División and had no influence on the tournament. These matches are neither considered official nor friendly since they were closer to an exhibition format than to a real competition for points. In most editions, the tournament was developed in quadrangles where the four best-placed teams in the final standings of each Peruvian Primera División of the previous year participated. Club Alianza Lima, more commonly known as simply Alianza Lima, is a Peru, Peruvian professional sports club based in La Victoria District, Lima, La Victoria District of Lima, Peru. Club Juan Aurich S. A., commonly known as Juan Aurich, is a Peru, Peruvian association football, football club based in Chiclayo. Roberto Scarone
Roberto Scarone Rivera (16 July 1917 – 25 April 1994) was a Uruguayan football player and manager. He is mainly known for his successful managing spell at the helm of the Uruguayan powerhouse Peñarol in the early 1960s. Career Scarone started playing professionally at his hometown club Peñarol in the 1930s. In 1939, at the age of 22, he moved to Gimnasia La Plata in Argentina where he spent four seasons. Between 1943 and 1947 he had spells with Mexican sides América and Atlante before coming back to Gimnasia in 1948. That same year he retired from active football and immediately took over as the club's coach. His then spent the following three decades coaching a number of South American clubs in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Mexico.
