C'est La Vie (Stereophonics Song)
"C'est la Vie" is a song by Welsh rock band Stereophonics. It is the opening track on their 2015 album ''Keep the Village Alive'' and was released as the album's lead single on 12 May 2015 as a digital download. The record was produced by lead-singer Kelly Jones and Jim Lowe while the singer wrote the song. It received a positive response though it is one of the band's lowest charters in the UK. Writing and recording "C'est la Vie" was written in the studio in around 45 minutes and was recorded that same day late at night but the band left it for half a year before listening to it again. Release and promotion “C’est la Vie” was first played at the Colston Hall in Bristol on the 21st March 2015. For the 2015 Teenage Cancer Trust concert, Stereophonics were slated to play the opening night and during this they unveiled three new songs for their then-unnamed ninth album, including "C'est la Vie". Aneurin Barnard (; ; born 8 May 1987) is a Welsh actor. Jamie Morrison
Jamie Morrison (born 30 June 1983) is a British musician, best known as the drummer in Welsh band Stereophonics an86TVs He is also known for his playing with Noisettes, Drewford Alabama and releasing music through his label Ninjas & Wolves under the name Pop Morrison. Biography In 2012, Morrison joined Stereophonics, following his departure from the Noisettes in 2010, a band he had joined in 2003. Morrison has produced music with songwriter and rapper Fem Fel. The pair collaborate under the name Ninjas & Wolves. Jamie has also produced Fyfe Dangerfield and many other artists under his 'Drewford Alabama' pseudonym. Adam Zindani
Adam Zindani (born 5 March 1972) is an English guitarist for the Welsh-based rock group Stereophonics, and the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist for the Birmingham-based band Casino. His debut solo single, "What About Love", was released on 14 October 2022, and his debut album, ''Black Eyes Blue'', was released 24 March 2023. Casino The band were signed to Polydor Records in 2006 and changed their name to SpiderSimpson, after a character from a cult film. They recorded what was then going to be their debut album at Studio 606 in Los Angeles with record producer Nick Raskulinecz. The band were not happy with the original track order of the album, and saw the recording rejected by Polydor. In the autumn 2006 they completed the Kerrang! Richard Jones (born 23 May 1974) is a Welsh bassist, pianist and backing vocalist from Cwmaman, Wales, for the Welsh post-Britpop rock band Stereophonics. Jones grew up in Cwmaman, an old mining village in South Wales. Richard originally formed Stereophonics with Kelly Jones (no relation) and Stuart Cable, playing under the name "Tragic Love Company". Jones played to his largest audience on 2 July 2005 when the group appeared at the Live 8 concert, in Hyde Park, London. Jones is often noted for his tattoos, and claims; "I got my first tattoo done in one of the Welsh Valleys when I was 16 or 17. ''Keep the Village Alive'' is the ninth studio album by Welsh rock band Stereophonics. Released on 11 September 2015, it was produced by lead singer and guitarist Kelly Jones, along with Jim Lowe. It is intended to be the second of two album volumes, with its predecessor '' Graffiti on the Train'' being the first. It is the first album to feature Jamie Morrison, who joined during the production of ''Graffiti on the Train'' in 2012. ''Keep the Village Alive'' was met with a similar positive response as ''Graffiti on the Train'' and topped the UK Albums Chart, becoming the band's first to do so since '' Pull the Pin'' (2007).
