''BoA'' is the only English studio album (twelfth overall) by South Korean recording artist BoA. The album was released on March 17, 2009, in the United States through SM Entertainment. ''BoA'' was released in Japan through Avex Trax the following day and was boxed with her second greatest hits album, ''Best & USA'', as a 2-in-1 CD. The record was originally titled ''Look Who's Talking'', and was recorded at studios across the United States, Australia, and Thailand. Commercially, ''BoA'' became the first album by a South Korean artist to appear on the US ''Billboard'' 200, peaking at number 127. It also peaked at number 3 on the US Top Heatseekers and number 5 on the US Dance/Electronic Albums chart. Bôa
Bôa (stylized bôa) are an English alternative rock band formed in London in 1993 by drummer Ed Herten, keyboardist Paul Turrell, and guitarist/vocalist Steve Rodgers. The band have progressed from playing funk to rock over the years, as bassist Alex Caird and multi-instrumentalist Ben Henderson joined, and Jasmine Rodgers was added as vocalist. Bôa produced two major albums in the 2000s, ''Twilight'' (2001) and ''Get There'' (2005). Their 1998 single "Duvet" has been certified Platinum by the RIAA. The band released the album ''Whiplash'' in 2024, their first new music in 19 years. Yanbo Wang (born June 21, 1995) () is a Chinese professional wrestler. He is best known for his tenure in WWE, where he performed under the ring name Boa. Professional wrestling career WWE (2016–2024) Wang signed with WWE in September 2016 after attending a tryout in Shanghai. He reported to the WWE Performance Center along with three other Chinese recruits in February 2017. Upon signing with WWE, Wang was known as Big Boa, but later worked just as Boa. He went on to wrestle in several NXT live events. Boa Sr ( 1925 – 26 January 2010) was an Indian Great Andamanese elder. She was the last person fluent in the Aka-Bo language. Boa Sr is not to be confused with another Great Andamanese tribal member, Boa Jr; the two women were not directly related.
