2022–23 La Liga
The 2022–23 La Liga, also known as La Liga Santander due to sponsorship reasons, was the 92nd season of La Liga, Spain's premier football competition. It commenced on 12 August 2022 and concluded on 4 June 2023. Real Madrid were the defending champions, having won their 35th title the previous season. On 14 May, Barcelona were confirmed as champions with four matches to spare following a 4–2 away victory against Espanyol, clinching the club's 27th league title and first since the 2018–19 season. With the 2022 FIFA World Cup having commenced on 20 November, there was a mid-season hiatus in the league. The last round before the break was held from 8–10 November, with the league resuming on 29 December. This season was the first since 2012–13 to conclude in June. Estadio La Romareda
Estadio de La Romareda () is the home stadium of Real Zaragoza, in Zaragoza, Spain. It was inaugurated on 8 September 1957, with a game between Real Zaragoza and CA Osasuna (4–3). The official capacity is 33,608, with an average attendance of around 20,000 for Real Zaragoza matches. Currently, it is the 12th-largest stadium in Spain and the largest in Aragon. The stadium has gone through various upgrades, in 1977 and in 1982, when it was a 1982 FIFA World Cup venue. The stadium was also used for football group matches and a quarterfinal during the 1992 Summer Olympics. It became an all-seater stadium in 1994. Breel Donald Embolo (born 14 February 1997) is a professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Forward (association football), forward for Ligue 1 club AS Monaco FC, Monaco and the Switzerland national football team, Switzerland national team. Ahmed Abu Bakar Said Al-Kaf (; born 6 March 1983) is an Omani professional football referee. He has been a full international for FIFA since 2012. He has served as the referee of numerous matches, such as the 2016 AFC Champions League final between Jeonbuk Hyundai and Al Ain FC, the second round of the 2018 AFC Champions League Final, and the 2024 match between Bahrain and Indonesia. Amman International Stadium
The Amman International Stadium () is a stadium in Al-Hussein City, Amman, Jordan. It was built in 1964 and opened in 1968. It is owned by the Government of Jordan and operated by the Higher Council of Youth. It is also the home stadium of the Jordan national football team and Al-Faisaly SC.
