General Secretary Of The Chinese Communist Party
The general secretary of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party ( zh, s=中国共产党中央委员会总书记, p=Zhōngguó Gòngchǎndǎng Zhōngyāng Wěiyuánhuì Zǒngshūjì) is the leader of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the sole ruling party of the People's Republic of China (PRC). Since 1989, the CCP general secretary has been the paramount leader of the PRC. The position of the general secretary of the Central Committee was established at the 4th Party National Congress in 1925, when Chen Duxiu, one of the founders of the CCP, was elected as the first General Secretary. After the 7th National Congress, the position was replaced by the Chairman of the Central Committee, which was held by Mao Zedong until his death. The politics of Guangdong follows a dual party-government system like the rest of China's provinces. Guangdong is known for a surge of legislative activism in recent years, often called the Guangdong Phenomenon (''Guangdong Xianxiang''). The Guangdong Provincial People's Congress has enacted measures to increase democracy and transparency, and exert more control over the financial sector. Wang Guosheng (politician)
Wang Guosheng ( zh, s=王国生; born May 1956) is a Chinese politician and senior regional official, serving as the Party Secretary of Henan province from 2018 to 2021. Previously, he served as Governor of Hubei province, and the Party Secretart of Qinghai. Career Wang was born in Dong'e County, Shandong province. Wang Guosheng joined the Chinese Communist Party in June 1975. At that time, he was working as a rusticated youth performing labour at the Daqiao Commune, where he led the local Communist Youth League group. From 1981 to 1983 Wang attended Shandong University, studying political science; he also obtained a graduate degree from the Central Party School. Hubei
Hubei is a province of China, province in Central China. It has the List of Chinese provincial-level divisions by GDP, seventh-largest economy among Chinese provinces, the second-largest within Central China, and the third-largest among inland provinces. Xie Fuzhan
Xie Fuzhan (; born 9 August 1954) is a Chinese economist and politician who served as the President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Communist Party Secretary and governor of Henan. Before that, he was the Director of China's National Bureau of Statistics and the State Council Research Office. Xie has an accomplished academic career. He has published many articles in newspapers and journals, held a professorship at his alma mater Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and twice won China's Sun Yefang Economics Prize. Lu Hao (born 1967)
Lu Hao (; born 21 June 1967) is a Chinese economist and politician, serving as party branch secretary and director of the Development Research Center of the State Council since June 2022. Previously, he was the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources, and the youngest provincial governor in China, as the Governor of Heilongjiang from 2013 to 2018. Lu has also served as the first secretary of the Communist Youth League, and vice-mayor of Beijing. Early life and education Lu was born in Xi'an, but traces his ancestry to Shanghai (some sources say he was born in Shanghai). His father was a university professor. Lu was an only child. He attended Xi'an No. 85 High School. In high school, Lu played volleyball and was captain of the school team for three years in a row. In school, his favourite subjects were history and politics. He consistently ranked as one of the top three students in his classes.

Heilongjiang
Heilongjiang is a province in northeast China. It is the northernmost and easternmost province of the country and contains China's northernmost point (in Mohe City along the Amur) and easternmost point (at the confluence of the Amur and Ussuri rivers). The province is bordered by Jilin to the south and Inner Mongolia to the west. It also shares a border with Russia ( Amur Oblast, Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Khabarovsk Krai, Primorsky Krai and Zabaykalsky Krai) to the north and east. Zhang Qingwei
Zhang Qingwei (; born 7 November 1961) is a Chinese politician, business executive, and aerospace engineer, who is a vice chairperson of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. He was formerly the Party Secretary of Hunan, the Party Secretary of Heilongjiang, Governor of Hebei, and chairperson of the Commission for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (COSTIND). Jiang Dingzhi (; born September 1954) is a Chinese politician and current Chairman of the Jiangsu People's Political Consultative Conference (''zhengxie''). He holds a master's degree in Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
