Li Bin (politician)
Li Bin (; born October 1954) is a Chinese politician of Manchu descent from Fushun, in Liaoning province. She was the only Minister in charge of the National Health and Family Planning Commission existing from March 2013 to March 2018. She served as one of the vice-chairpersons of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference from March 2018 to March 2023. Biography She graduated from Jilin University with a degree in economics, and went on to receive her doctorate and conduct research in the same field. Li is a member of the Chinese Communist Party. She was chairperson and party secretary of the National Population and Family Planning Commission (2008–2011). She became vice- and acting governor of Anhui province in 2011, and was Governor of the province from February 2012 to March 2013. Zhang Qingwei
Zhang Qingwei (; born 7 November 1961) is a Chinese politician, business executive, and aerospace engineer, who is a vice chairperson of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. He was formerly the Party Secretary of Hunan, the Party Secretary of Heilongjiang, Governor of Hebei, and chairperson of the Commission for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (COSTIND). Prior to his government career he was president of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) and chairman of Comac, an aerospace manufacturer. Zhang was well known for his work for military contractors, and headed the team that designed and constructed the Xian JH-7 "flying leopard" combat aircraft. Jiang Dingzhi (; born September 1954) is a Chinese politician and current Chairman of the Jiangsu People's Political Consultative Conference (''zhengxie''). He holds a master's degree in Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology. Jiang has successively served as the Party Secretary of the city of Wuxi, Vice Governor of Jiangsu province, Vice Chairman of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, Governor of Hainan province, and, since December 2014, Vice-Chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress. Chen Min'er
Chen Min'er (; born 29 September 1960) is a Chinese politician and a member of the Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party who is serving as the Party Secretary of Tianjin. Chen spent most of his career in his native Zhejiang province, serving as head of the provincial department of media, and Vice Governor of Zhejiang. In 2013, he was transferred to Guizhou as governor, and in 2015 promoted to provincial Party Secretary. Chen was catapulted to prominence in 2017 in the aftermath of the ouster of Chongqing party secretary Sun Zhengcai, a move that made him well-positioned for further elevation. He also became a Politburo member in October 2017. Chen was appointed as the Party Secretary of Tianjin in December 2022. Zhu Xiaodan (; born January 1953) is a Chinese politician who served as Governor of Guangdong from 2011 to 2016. A lifelong Communist functionary, Zhu was appointed Vice Governor of Guangdong in February 2010 and became acting Governor in November 2011 following the resignation of Huang Huahua. Liu Weiping
Liu Weiping (; born May 1953) is a Chinese politician, currently serving as Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He served as Governor of Gansu from 2010 to 2016, and prior to that, Vice-Governor of Qinghai Province and mayor of Nanchang. Career Aeronautical industry Liu Weiping is a native of Fujin, Heilongjiang province. He entered the work force in 1968 as a sent-down youth in Nanchang County, Jiangxi province, and in 1970 started working at the Hongdu Machinery Building Factory (now Hongdu Aviation Industry Group) under the then Ministry of Aerospace Industry. Gansu is a provinces of China, province in Northwestern China. Its capital and largest city is Lanzhou, in the southeastern part of the province.
