Huang Xiaojing (; February 1946 - ) is a politician of the People's Republic of China and a former governor of Fujian. A native of Fuzhou, Fujian, Huang started working in September 1969, and joined the Chinese Communist Party in December 1973. He has served as the director of United Front Work Department of Communist Youth League Fuzhou municipal committee, the secretary of CYL Fuzhou committee, and vice secretary of CPC committee and governor of Gulou District of Fuzhou. Li Zhanshu
Li Zhanshu (born 30 August 1951) is a Chinese retired politician, who was the chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress from 2018 to 2023. He was the third-ranking member of the Politburo Standing Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, China's top decision-making body, between 2017 and 2022. Li began his political career in rural regions of his native Hebei province, rising through the ranks as the Party Secretary of Xi'an, Governor of Heilongjiang province, and the Party Secretary of Guizhou province. In 2012, he became chief of the General Office of the Chinese Communist Party. Following the 18th Party Congress, Li became one of the top advisors to party General Secretary Xi Jinping. Heilongjiang
Heilongjiang is a province in northeast China. It is the northernmost and easternmost province of the country and contains China's northernmost point (in Mohe City along the Amur) and easternmost point (at the confluence of the Amur and Ussuri rivers). The province is bordered by Jilin to the south and Inner Mongolia to the west. It also shares a border with Russia ( Amur Oblast, Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Khabarovsk Krai, Primorsky Krai and Zabaykalsky Krai) to the north and east. The capital and the largest city of the province is Harbin. Chen Quanguo
Chen Quanguo ( zh, c=, p=Chén Quánguó; born November 1955) is a Chinese retired politician who was the Party Secretary of Tibet from 2011 to 2016 and the Party Secretary of Xinjiang from 2016 to 2021, making him the only person to serve as the Party Secretary for both autonomous regions. Between 2017 and 2022, he was a member of the 19th Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party and was also Political Commissar of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps concurrently with his position as Xinjiang Party Secretary. Luo Baoming
Luo Baoming (; born October 1952) is a Chinese politician who spent his career in Tianjin and Hainan province. Until 2021, Luo served as the Communist Party Secretary of Hainan province; prior to that he served as governor of Hainan between 2007 and 2011. Early life and education Luo was born in October 1952 in Tianjin. During the Cultural Revolution, Luo went to work for a military production corps in Inner Mongolia. He joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in 1971. He pursued higher education at Tianjin Normal College after the Cultural Revolution, after which he entered the Communist Youth League organization in his native Tianjin, working as a youth organizer. Zhao Kezhi (; born 28 December 1953) is a Chinese retired politician who served as a State Councilor of the People’s Republic of China and as the Minister and Party Committee Secretary of the Ministry of Public Security, with the top police officer rank of Police Commissioner General. He is the former Party Secretary of Hebei and the Party Secretary of Guizhou, and the former Governor of Guizhou. He had also previously served as a vice governor of Shandong and Jiangsu provinces. Huang Huahua (born October 1946 in Xingning, Guangdong) is a retired Chinese politician, and the Governor of Guangdong between 2003 and 2011. Of Hakka heritage, he was once the mayor of Meizhou. Biography Huang was born in Xingning County, Guangdong. Huang graduated in mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University. From 1970 to 1978, Huang worked at a machinery factory of the Guangdong Coal Mine, joined the Communist Party in 1971 and served as deputy secretary of the workshop Party Branch.
