Lame Horse Fire
The Lame Horse fire occurred on 5 December 2009, around 01:00 local time (20:00 UTC) in the nightclub ''Khromaya Loshad'' (, "Lame Horse") at 9 Kuybyshev Street, Perm, Russia. The fire started when sparks from pyrotechnics ignited the low ceiling and its willow Willows, also called sallows and osiers, of the genus ''Salix'', comprise around 350 species (plus numerous hybrids) of typically deciduous trees and shrubs, found primarily on moist soils in cold and temperate regions. Most species are known ... twig covering. The fire quickly spread to the walls and damaged the building's electrical wiring, causing the lights to fail. This is a dual fireworks accident and nightclub fire. The fire killed 156 people. According to initial reports, up to 160 more were injured in the fire, many of them losing their lives in the following days in hospitals.
