1974–75 In Belgian Football
The 1974–75 season was the 72nd season of competitive football in Belgium. R White Daring Molenbeek won their first Division I title. RSC Anderlechtois won the Belgian Cup against R Antwerp FC (1-0) and they reached the quarter-finals of the 1974–75 European Champion Clubs' Cup. The Belgium national football team started their UEFA Euro 1976 qualifying campaign with wins over Iceland and France and a draw against East Germany. The Belgian Women's First Division was won by Astrio Begijnendijk for the 3rd time. Paul Van Himst won his 4th Belgian Golden Shoe award, which is the current record. Wilfried Van Moer
Wilfried van Moer (1 March 1945 – 24 August 2021) was a Belgian association football, footballer who won the Belgian Golden Shoe three times, first in 1966 while at R. Antwerp F.C., Antwerp then in 1969 and in 1970 while at Standard Liège. Prior to 1966 Van Moer played with K.S.K. Beveren, Beveren. He returned to his first club after a spell at K. Beringen F.C., Beringen in the early 1980s. He played 57 times and scored nine goals for the Belgium national football team, Belgium national team between 1966 and 1982, starting in a 1–0 friendly win against Switzerland national football team, Switzerland on 22 October 1966. Raoul Lambert
Raoul Lambert (born 20 October 1944) is a Belgian retired footballer who played as a striker. He finished top scorer of the Belgian First Division with 17 goals in 1972 while playing for Club Brugge. He also scored 18 goals in 33 matches with the Belgium national team between 1966 and 1977. Lambert made his international debut on 20 April 1966 in a 3–0 friendly win against France and he scored. Maurice Martens (born 5 June 1947) is a Belgian former footballer who played as a left-back. He won the Belgian Golden Shoe in 1973 while at Racing White. He played 26 times and scored 2 goals for the Belgium national team between 1971 and 1980, starting in a 1–0 friendly win against Luxembourg on 7 November 1971.
