Kyari or Khair bin Bukhar al-Kanemi (?-1894) was ''Shehu'' of Borno in 1893-1894. Reign of Kyari Kyari became ''Shehu'' of Borno in 1893 when the country was invaded by Rabih az-Zubayr. Trygve Bornø (born 2 February 1942) is a retired Norwegian international footballer. Active career His career began in Harstad IL, but he made his name with Skeid where he played 419 matches between 1964 and 1978. VG awarded him the Player of the Year title in 1969. Umar I ibn Muhammad al-Amin ( ar, اولعمر ابن محمد لرشيد) or Umar of Borno (died 1881) was ''Shehu'' (Sheik) of the Kanem-Bornu Empire and son of Muhammad al-Amin al-Kanemi. Eustache Antoine Francois Joseph Louis Borno (September 20, 1865 – July 29, 1942) was a lawyer and Haitian politician who served as President of Haiti from 1922 to 1930 during the period of the American occupation of Haiti (1915–34). Ashimi or Hashim bin Umar al-Kanemi (1840s-1893) was ''Shehu'' of Borno from ca.1885 to 1893. Reign of Ashimi Ashimi became ''Shehu'' of Borno in 1885 at the death of his brother Ibrahim Kura. As it had already been the case for his two predecessors, his reign was marked by an intense political and economical crisis in Kukawa. A French army officer who met Ashimi in 1892 believed that he had little direct involvement with the running of the kingdom; he also reported that the ''Shehu'' seemed pious, rather scholarly, and was someone who hated the thought of war. In 1893, Ashimi lost two battles against Rabih az-Zubayr who was trying to invade Borno. Borno State is a state in the North-East geopolitical zone of Nigeria, bordered by Yobe to the west, Gombe to the southwest, and Adamawa to the south while its eastern border forms part of the national border with Cameroon, its northern border forms part of the national border with Niger, and its northeastern border forms all of the national border with Chad, being the only Nigerian state to border three foreign countries. Davor Borno is a Croatian musician, pop singer and songwriter. Biography and career Davor Borno started his musical career in 1989, on the last album of Croatian pop-rock band and became known in the former state Yugoslavia, as a talented new musician and singer.
