''Big Brother Australia 2006'', also known as ''Big Brother 6'', was the sixth season of the Australian reality television series ''Big Brother (Australian TV series), Big Brother'', and was aired on Network Ten in Australia. Gretel Killeen (born 3 February 1963) is an Australian comedian, television presenter, media personality and author. She is known for being the host of ''Big Brother (Australian TV series), Big Brother Australia'' from its inception in Big Brother 1 (Australia), 2001 until the Big Brother 7 (Australia), 2007 season (including ''Celebrity Big Brother Australia, Celebrity Big Brother'' in 2002).
