The Men's relay competition of the Beijing 2022 Olympics was held on 15 February, at the National Biathlon Centre, in the Zhangjiakou cluster of competition venues, north of Beijing, at an elevation of . Pre-Race The 2018 Olympics saw Sweden take gold, with Norway and Germany taking silver and bronze respectively. At the most recent 2021 World Championships, Norway again took the gold. Biathlon

Biathlon World Championships 2021
The Biathlon World Championships 2021 took place in Pokljuka, Slovenia, from 9 to 21 February 2021. Host selection On 4 September 2016, Tyumen won the voting (25 votes) during the 12th IBU Congress in Chișinău in Moldova over Pokljuka in Slovenia (13 votes) and Nové Město na Moravě in the Czech Republic (11 votes). Also Antholz-Anterselva, Italy, withdrew their bid for 2021 championships before the vote took place due to winning of an election for the host of the 2020 event. Scott Gow (born November 6, 1990) is a Canadian biathlete. He competed in the 2014/15 World Cup season and represented Canada at the Biathlon World Championships 2013 in Nové Město na Moravě and at the Biathlon World Championships 2015 in Kontiolahti. Gow is the younger brother of Canadian biathlete Scott Gow, competing alongside each other representing Canada at World Championships and both the 2018 and 2022 Winter Olympics. Sebastian Samuelsson (born 28 March 1997) is a Swedish biathlete who competes internationally. He participated in the 2018 Winter Olympics; there he won a silver medal in the 12.5 km pursuit event as well as the gold medal in the relay. He became a World champion at 2023 Oberhof when he won gold medal in 15 km Mass start race. Martin Ponsiluoma (born 8 September 1995) is a Swedish biathlete who competes internationally. He participated in the 2018 Winter Olympics and 2022 Winter Olympics. In the later he won a silver medal in mass start. He ended up on a World Cup podium position for first time when he came third during competitions in Nové Město na Moravě, Czech Republic on 20 December 2018.
