Ben O'Sullivan was an Irish soccer player during the 1960s and 1970s. Career He played for Bohemians (two spells), Derry City and St. Patrick's Athletic during his career in the League of Ireland and made 1 appearance for Bohs in European competition. O'Sullivan was an ace goalscorer whose best season for Bohs came in 1966/67 when he netted 22 times in all competitions (9 league goals). The Football Association of Ireland Senior Challenge Cup (FAI Cup), known as the Sports Direct FAI Cup for sponsorship reasons, is a knock-out association football competition contested annually by teams from the Republic of Ireland (as well as Derry City F.C., Derry City from Northern Ireland).
