Beacher's Madhouse
''Beacher's Madhouse'' is a contemporary circus created by Jeff Beacher that has played in New York City, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. The show debuted in New York in 2002. ''Beacher's Madhouse'' premiered in Las Vegas in 2004 at the ''Hard Rock Hotel''. While in Los Angeles the show was performed at The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The show was hosted by co-director and MC Pete Giovine. In 2008 the show went on an 81 city tour entitled ''Beacher’s Costume Ball Tour'', and in 2009, the show became a featured act on the Warped Tour and Mayhem Festival. The 2013 ''Beacher's Madhouse'' return to Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Las Vegas was hosted by singer Miley Cyrus. Contemporary Circus
Contemporary circus (or ''cirque contemporain'' in French-speaking countries) is a contested term in circus studies. In this article, it is used in contrast to the term 'traditional circus', combining with the genre elsewhere disambiguated as new circus or ''nouveau cirque''. Many circus scholars prefer to separate these styles, as elaborated in circus. Contemporary circus, by this definition, is a genre of performing arts developed in the late 20th century in which a story, theme, mood or question is conveyed through traditional circus skills. Traditional circus skills are blended with more choreographic, character-driven or mechanical approaches. Animals are rarely used, akin to variety shows. MGM Grand Las Vegas
The MGM Grand Las Vegas is a hotel and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is owned by Vici Properties and operated by MGM Resorts International. The resort was developed by Kirk Kerkorian through his company, MGM Grand, Inc. Mayhem Festival
The Mayhem Festival is a metal festival that takes place during the summer. The inaugural season took place in 2008; the festival later became an annual event across the United States. Most years also included a single date in either Montreal or Toronto, Canada. The tour had been sponsored by the Rockstar Energy Company since the time of its inception. It was assembled by Vans Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman and John Reese (who was Lyman's partner on the Taste of Chaos tour). On August 2, 2015, Reese confirmed that the 2015 staple of the festival would be the last one. The Warped Tour is a Concert tour, touring Rock music, rock music festival that toured the United States and Canada each summer from 1995 until 2019, and returned in 2025 for its 30th anniversary.
