Bandırmaspor
Bandırmaspor is a Turkish professional football club located in the town of Bandırma, Balıkesir Province and currently plays in the TFF First League. History The club was founded in 1965 after a merger between amateur sides İdmanyurdu Gençlik and Marmara Gençlik. Hasan Sur was the first chairman of the club. On September 5, 1965 the first match was played against Sarıyer, defeating them 1-0 at the Balıkesir Atatürk Stadium. The first ever starting XI were: Özkay, Åževket, Seracettin, Çetin, K.Ahmet, B.Ahmet, Erkan, Cavit, K.Özkan, K.Cengiz, B.Cengiz. Edson André Sitoe (born 8 September 1988), known as Mexer, is a Mozambican professional Association football, footballer who plays as a centre-back for TFF First League club Bandırmaspor and the Mozambique national football team, Mozambique national team. TFF First League
The TFF 1. Lig (), currently referred to as Trendyol 1. Lig for sponsorship reasons, is the second level of the Turkish football league system. The league was founded in 2001 as the ''Turkish Second League Category A'' after the reorganization of the Second Football League, which was the second level of the Turkish league system between 1963 and 2001. The league was called ''Türk Telekom Lig A'' in the 2006–07 season, and was renamed to ''TFF 1. Lig'' prior to the 2007–08 season. As of 16 January 2008 the league was renamed as Bank Asya 1. Lig. Mustafa Gürsel
Mustafa Gürsel (born 6 November 1974) is a Turkish football manager and former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He is currently the head coach of Bandırmaspor in the 1. Lig. Playing career Gürsel began his professional playing career in 1996 with Antalyaspor, where he played for six seasons. In 2002, he joined Gençlerbirliği. He later spent a brief period on loan at Bursaspor in 2004. In 2005, he returned to Antalyaspor for two more seasons before moving to Elâzığspor in 2007. Kerem Atakan Kesgin (born 5 November 2000) is a Turkish footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bandırmaspor on loan from Süper Lig club Beşiktaş. Career Kesgin is a youth product of Gençlerbirliğispor and Bucaspor, and began his career with the latter in the TFF Second League in 2017. Paulo Rafael Pereira Araújo (born 21 September 1999) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a forward for Bandırmaspor in the TFF 1. Lig, on loan from Danish Superliga club Viborg FF. Career Paulinho started his career at FC Ferreirense in Braga, and later also played for S.C. Braga, Arsenal da Devesa, Os Alegrienses, F.C. Vizela and Merelinense.
