Andrea Shaw (born December 18, 1983) is an American professional bodybuilding champion and physique and figure competitor. She holds three Ms. Olympia title wins and three Rising Phoenix World Championships, Ms Rising Phoenix title wins. Early life Andrea grew up in Detroit, Michigan. As a girl growing up, she was into gymnastics and competitive cheerleading. At Benjamin Nolan Middle School, in eighth-grade aerobics class, her teacher taught her to make her own structures within the middle school which didn't offer adequate equipment or much organized sports. After middle school, she was burnt out from gymnastics and cheerleading, so she got into academics in high school. After gaining some extra weight, her mother, a nurse and former personal trainer, encouraged her athletic ambitions by getting her to start working out at the Powerhouse Gym in Centerline, Michigan. Mamdouh Mohammed Hassan Elssbiay ( ar, ممدوح محمد حسن السبيعي; born 16 September 1984), also known as Big Ramy, is an Egyptian IFBB professional bodybuilder. He is a two time Mr. Olympia champion, winning in 2020 and 2021. Early life Mamdouh Mohammed Hassan Elssbiay was born on 16 September 1984 in Al-Sebea, a town in Kafr El Sheikh. He worked as a fisherman before moving to Kuwait, where he started to train professionally in Kuwait City in 2009. Alina Popa (born October 12, 1978) is a Romanian-born professional female bodybuilder currently living in the USA. Early life and education Popa grew up Brăila, Romania. From the age of 12, she competed in track and field, initially to lose weight. In college, she studied English and Romanian for four years, majoring in the former with a teaching degree.
