Norberto Fontana
Norberto Edgardo Fontana (born 20 January 1975) is an Argentine racing driver. He participated in four Formula One Grands Prix, debuting on 29 June 1997 but scoring no championship points. His opportunity to race came as a result of two separate injuries sustained by regular Sauber driver Gianni Morbidelli during the 1997 season. During the 1997 European Grand Prix, Fontana had gained attention for apparently blocking Jacques Villeneuve to let rival Michael Schumacher pull away from the Canadian. He attempted to enter with the Tyrrell team for 1998 but was dropped in favour for Brazilian Ricardo Rosset and with Minardi for 2000. In between his time in F1, Fontana raced in Formula Nippon. In 2010 he won the Konex Award as one of the five best Racing Drivers of the last decade in Argentina. The Nissan Frontier is a nameplate used by Nissan in several regions as an alternative to the Navara and NP300 nameplates. In North America, the nameplate was used from 1997 to 2021, replacing the Hardbody. Mauricio Lambiris (born 3 March 1987) is a racing driver from Uruguay. He currently competes in Turismo Carretera. Biography Lambiris was born in Montevideo but moved to Buenos Aires at 6 years old. His first taste of motorsport came at a karting exhibition in Punta del Este through his father Jorge, an amateur driver himself. Despite his parents wanting him to play football, he started racing karts at 7 alongside childhood friend Guido Falaschi. He moved up to Fórmula 1000 Argentina in 2003 and then Fórmula Renault Argentina a year later, but struggled with the transition and returned to karting in 2007. Lambiris returned to car racing in 2010 in Turismo Libre Uruguayo, through his aunt who produced the series' television package. Mariano Werner (born December 30, 1988 in Paraná, Entre Ríos) is an Argentine professional motor racing driver. he is currently competing in Turismo Carretera (TC), Turismo Nacional (TN) and TC Pick Up series. Throughout his career, he has won five national championships: Formula Renault Argentina (2006 and 2007), Turismo Nacional Clase 3 (2017) and Turismo Carretera (2020 and 2021). The TC2000 (''Turismo Competición 2000'', formerly ''Súper TC2000'') is a touring car racing series held in Argentina since 1979. Rules Prior to 2012, engines of up to were allowed, with only limited modifications from standard engines. This was both to reduce running costs, and give a level playing field to every team. Variable valve timing, variable intake geometry, anti-lock braking systems and traction control are all forbidden.
