The National Stadium, also known as National Bank Stadium for sponsorship reasons, is an international cricket ground in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan,Previously British India owned by the Pakistan Cricket Board. Asif Iqbal Razvi (Urdu: آصف اقبال رضوی, born 6 June 1943) is a Pakistani former professional cricketer who captained the Pakistan national cricket team and Kent County Cricket Club. Majid Jahangir Khan (Pashto, ; born September 28, 1946), nicknamed "Majestic Khan" by the British press, is a former cricketer, batsman and captain of the Pakistan national cricket team. Shafqat Rana
Shafqat Rana (Punjabi, , born 10 August 1943) is a Pakistani former cricketer who played in five Test matches from 1964 to 1969. Shafqat Rana was a right-handed batsman, strong on the drive and cut, who played five Tests in six years. He made his highest Test score of 95 in the second Test against New Zealand in 1969, which was also the highest score by any batsman in the three-Test series. He also made 65 in the third Test. Rana made his first-class debut in 1959–60, and toured England with the Pakistan Eaglets in 1963. Abdul Kadir (cricketer)
Abdul Kadir Jamali (; 10 May 1944 – 12 March 2002, Karachi) was a Pakistani cricketer who played in four Tests from 1964 to 1965. A wicket-keeper, Abdul Kadir was run out for 95 on his Test debut, against Australia at Karachi. He had opened the batting with Khalid Ibadulla with whom he made 249, also this is the only 200+ stand by two debutants for any wicket in the history of test cricket. He was also the first Sindhi speaking cricketer in Pakistan. He was the first Pakistani cricketer to be dismissed in the 90's on test debut. His only other Test half century was an innings of 58 at Auckland. Abdul Kadir got his earlier education from Sindh Madrasatul Islam. Shujauddin Siddiqi
Shujauddin Siddiqi (10 May 1919 – 21 July 2003) was an Indian first-class cricketer. After independence, he was a first-class and Test cricket umpire in Pakistan. Siddiqi was born in Delhi. He played in seven Ranji Trophy matches for Delhi between 1939/40 and 1945/46, scoring 138 runs at a batting average of 12.54, and taking 12 wickets as a leg spinner at a bowling average of 28.75. He umpired one first-class match in March 1946, the Ranji Trophy semi-final between Southern Punjab and Baroda. After nearly four days of play, the match was tied – Southern Punjab scored 167 in their first innings, and Baroda replied with 106. After Southern Punjab's second innings of 146, Baroda were bowled out for 207. Baroda won a coin toss to decide which team should go forward to meet Holkar in the final. Daud Khan (cricketer)
Daud Khan (1912–1979) was a cricket player and umpire. He played for the Sindh cricket team before and after Pakistan's independence from India. He later became a Test umpire. Playing career Daud played 20 first-class matches as a middle-order batsman for Sind between 1936 and 1947. His highest score was 74 not out against Bombay in the Ranji Trophy in 1938–39. Umpiring career Khan stood as an umpire in 136 first-class matches in Pakistan between 1948 and 1976, most of them in Karachi, including nine finals of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. Between 1955 and 1973, he officiated in 14 Tests. Along with Idrees Baig he stood in the first Test ever played in Pakistan, the First Test against India in Dacca beginning on New Year's Day 1955.
