Giovanni Lucca Palandrani (born February 12, 1996), better known by his stage name Aquaria, is an American drag queen, television personality, and recording artist best known for winning the RuPaul's Drag Race (season 10), tenth season of ''RuPaul's Drag Race'' in 2018. Early life and education Palandrani was born in West Chester, Pennsylvania to Gina and David Palandrani. He has a sister named Francesca, and is of Italians, Italian descent. He trained as a dancer for four years and experimented with drag in high school. He attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan for two semesters, studying Fashion, women's wear design, before dropping out. RuPaul's DragCon LA is an annual Trade fair, expo of Drag (clothing), drag culture held in Los Angeles billed as a "convention that celebrates 'the art of drag, queer culture and self-expression for all'", which debuted in 2015. Its sister event is RuPaul's DragCon NYC started in 2017, and is considered the "world's largest celebration of drag culture." Susanne Bartsch is a Swiss event producer, living in the United States, whose monthly parties at the Copacabana in late-1980s New York City united the ''haute'' and ''demi-monde'', making her an icon of New York nightlife. Bria Vinaite (; born Barbora Bulvinaitė on June 10, 1993) is a Lithuanian-born American actress, best known for her debut role as Halley in Sean Baker's 2017 film ''The Florida Project''.
