Francine Smith
Francine Lee Smith (formerly Ling; née Dawson) is a fictional character on the American animated sitcom ''American Dad!''. She is married to the main character, Stan Smith and the mother of Hayley and Steve Smith. Francine is voiced by Wendy Schaal. "Hot Water" is the seventh season premiere of the American animated comedy series ''American Dad!''. It aired on Fox on September 25, 2011, and is written by brothers Judah Miller and Murray Miller and directed by Chris Bennett. A neoplasm () is a type of abnormal and excessive growth of tissue. The process that occurs to form or produce a neoplasm is called neoplasia.
