Al-Mu'aidar Sports Club
Muaither SC () is a multi-sports club based in Muaither, Qatar. It is best known for its football department, which plays in the Qatari Second Division. History 1996–2013: Second division The club was founded in 1996 as "Al Shabab". It changed its name to "Al Muaither" in 2004 by decision of the Qatar Olympic Committee. They played exclusively in the Qatari Second Division until 2013. Their first promotion play-off was in the 1999–00 season against Al Shamal, losing the match. This was the first promotion play-off to ever take place in Qatar. In 2004, Muaither became the first team in history from the second division to win the Sheikh Jassem Cup. They defeated Al-Wakrah SC 2–1 in the final. The club suffered its largest loss in August 2006 in the Sheikh Jassem Cup against Al Sadd, losing 0-21. Thani Bin Jassim Stadium
The Thani bin Jassim Stadium (), also known as the Al-Gharrafa Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium in the Al Gharrafa district of Al Rayyan (city), Al Rayyan, Qatar. The Qatar Stars League (; abbreviated as QSL), known as Ooredoo Stars League for sponsorship reasons, is the top level football league in Qatar football league system. El-Jaish Sports Club () was a Qatari multi-sports club from 2011 to 2017, based in the Al-Duhail area of Doha. The association football team played in the Qatar Stars League. The team won the Qatargas League prior to 2011, but were not eligible for promotion and as a result were not declared as the champions of the league. It was promoted to the first division, the Stars League, the first year after it was made eligible.
