Adis Nurković (; born 28 April 1986) is a Bosnian-born Kosovan professional football manager and former player who played as a goalkeeper. He was most recently the goalkeeping coach of Sarajevo. Club career Early career Nurković was born into a Bosnian Muslim family in the Bosnian town of Velika Kladuša, on 28 April 1986. He started playing football at the age of 14 in his hometown club Krajišnik Velika Kladuša, where after a year he was transferred to Jedinstvo Bihać for which he made his first team debut as a fifteen-year-old in a match against Zrinjski Mostar. Nurković besides being was part of Slavonija Požega (2005–2006), Krajina Cazin (2006–2007), Cibalia (2007) and Travnik (2007–2010). Early life Harmandian was born Avedis Harmandian on 14 January 1945 in Beirut, Lebanon from both parents being Armenian genocide survivors. His stage name Adiss is a derivative of his given name. Career His career began in the 1960s, and his first single was the song "Dzaghigner" (), which quickly gained popularity among Lebanese and diaspora Armenians. The battle of Adys (or Adis) took place in late 256 BC during the First Punic War between a Carthaginian army jointly commanded by Bostar, Hamilcar and Hasdrubal and a Roman army led by Marcus Atilius Regulus. Earlier in the year, the new Roman navy had established naval superiority and used this advantage to invade the Carthaginian homeland, which roughly aligned with modern Tunisia in North Africa. After landing on the Cape Bon Peninsula and conducting a successful campaign, the fleet returned to Sicily, leaving Regulus with 15,500 men to hold the lodgement in Africa over the winter. Instead of holding his position, Regulus advanced towards the Carthaginian capital, Carthage. Adis Obad (born 12 May 1971) is a Bosnian professional football manager and former player. Club career Obad was born in Mostar, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, Yugoslavia and began his football career with local side FK Velež Mostar. He also played for FK Blagaj and Rot-Weiß Oberhausen in the German 2. Bundesliga, scoring 23 goals in 108 league matches. The club battled relegation in his final season and he moved back to Bosnia. In 2003 after coming back from Germany, Obad played for FK Željezničar Sarajevo, before coming back to Velež in 2004.
