Action Action was an American indie rock band, formerly signed to Victory Records. History Action Action was formed in 2004 by members of The Reunion Show, Count The Stars and Diffuser. The band signed with Victory Records and released their first album, '' Don't Cut Your Fabric to This Year's Fashion'' (2004), and released their second album '' An Army of Shapes Between Wars'' in 2006. Maxeen was an American three-piece rock band based in Long Beach, California, United States. Signed to SideOneDummy Records in 2003, Maxeen released their debut eponymous album which was on an enhanced CD containing a photo slideshow with images by Leah Klinge and Jay Matsueda.the Maxeen CD itself in enhanced content In 2004, they signed to Warner Bros. The Cult
The Cult are an English Rock music, rock band formed in Bradford in 1983. Before settling on their current name in January 1984, the band had performed under the name Death Cult, which was an evolution of the name of lead vocalist Ian Astbury's previous band Southern Death Cult. Jonezetta was an American rock band from Clinton, Mississippi, which released two full-length albums on Tooth and Nail Records in the 2000s. History Early years and ''Popularity'' (2002-2006) Jonezetta formed when its four members were still in high school. The bandmembers "claim to have chosen their meaningless name in homage to bands like Coldplay, by putting together two unrelated words." Keeping the band together as a hobby while the four members focused on their college educations, Jonezetta played occasional gigs on the Southern college circuit, and were considering splitting up in the fall of 2004. Morningwood was an alternative rock band from New York City. Founded in 2001, it primarily consisted of Pedro Yanowitz and Chantal Claret. Morningwood was signed to Capitol Records and released two albums. Claret went solo in 2012 and folded the band. Career Morningwood's self-titled debut album was produced by Gil Norton, known for his work with Pixies, the Foo Fighters, and Echo & the Bunnymen. Singles from the album include " Nth Degree", "Jetsetter" and "New York Girls."
