2025 OFC Women's Nations Cup
The 2025 OFC Women's Nations Cup will be the 13th edition of the OFC Women's Nations Cup, the quadrennial international football championship organised by the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) for the women's national teams of the Oceanian region. As with the previous tournament, it will be held in Fiji. It will take place between 4-19 July 2025. Papua New Guinea are the defending champions having beaten Fiji 2–1 in the previous final. Format The format will follow: *Final tournament: A total of eight teams will play in the tournament, which will be held in July 2025 in Fiji. For the group stage, they will be divided into two groups of four teams. The top two teams of each group will advance to the knockout stage (quarter-finals, semi-finals, positional play-offds and final) to decide the winner of the OFC Women's Nations Cup, however the winner will no longer qualify for the FIFA Women's World Cup with OFC instead opting to organise a separate qualifiers tournament. 2022 OFC Women's Nations Cup
The 2022 OFC Women's Nations Cup was the 12th edition of the OFC Women's Nations Cup (also known as the OFC Women's Championship), the quadrennial international football championship organised by the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) for the women's national teams of the Oceanian region. It was originally scheduled from July to August 2022, but was moved to January and February to accommodate changes to the FIFA Women's International Match Calendar. The OFC announced on 4 March 2021 that it was pushed back due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and on 29 April 2022 announced that Fiji would host the tournament from 13 to 30 July. The tournament served as Oceania's qualifiers to the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. The 1998 OFC Women's Championship, also known as the VI Ladies Oceania Nations Cup was held in Auckland, New Zealand between 9 October & 17 October 1998. It was the sixth staging of the OFC Women's Championship. The 1998 OFC Women's Championship, like its previous edition, served as the OFC's qualifying tournament for the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup. HFC Bank Stadium
The HFC Bank Stadium (formerly known as ANZ Stadium) is a multi-purpose stadium in Suva, Fiji. HFC Stadium is used primarily for rugby league, rugby union and football matches, and features a track as well as a pitch suitable for worldwide competition. Lautoka
Lautoka (, ) is the second largest List of cities and towns in Fiji#List, metropolitan area in Fiji. It is on the west coast of the island of Viti Levu, in the Ba Province of the Western Division, Fiji, Western Division. Fijian Broadcasting Corporation
The Fijian Broadcasting Corporation (FBC) is one of the two radio broadcasters in Fiji. It was known as Fiji Broadcasting Commission when it began.
