2025 Men's T20 World Cup Asia–EAP Regional Final
The 2025 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Asia-Pacific Regional Final will be a cricket tournament that forms part of the qualification process for the 2026 Men's T20 World Cup. It will be held in Oman from 1 to 17 October 2025. The top three sides in the tournament will join Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, India, New Zealand, Pakistan and Sri Lanka in the 2026 T20 World Cup who have already pre-qualified. India and Sri Lanka directly qualified for the T20 World Cup as co-hosts, while Afghanistan, Australia and Bangladesh qualified as by finishing among the top eight teams from the previous edition and New Zealand and Pakistan national cricket team qualified through the ICC Men's T20I Team Rankings. The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) is a cricket organization which was established in 1983, to promote and develop the sport of Cricket in Asia. Oman National Cricket Team
The Oman men's national cricket team is the team that represents the country of Oman in international matches and is governed by Oman Cricket, which became an affiliate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 2000, and gained associate status in 2014. ICC Men's T20I Team Rankings
The ICC Men's T20I Team Rankings is an international Twenty20 cricket rankings system of the International Cricket Council. After every Twenty20 International (T20I) match, the two teams involved receive points based on a mathematical formula. The total of each team's points total is divided by the total number of matches to give a rating, and all teams are ranked on a table in order of rating. Teams need to have played at least eight T20I matches in the previous three to four years to remain in the rankings table. 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup
The 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup was the ninth edition of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, co-hosted by Cricket West Indies and USA Cricket from 1 to 29 June 2024. It was the first major ICC tournament to include matches played in the United States. The West Indies had previously hosted the 2010 competition. ICC East Asia-Pacific is the International Cricket Council region responsible for administration of the sport of Cricket in East Asia and the Pacific area; Oceania. The ICC EAP was founded in 1996.
