2024–25 United States Network Television Schedule (daytime)
The 2024–25 afternoon network television schedule for the four major English-language commercial broadcast networks in the United States covers the weekday and weekend afternoon hours from September 2024 to August 2025. The schedule is followed by a list per network of returning and cancelled shows from the 2023–24 season. Affiliates fill time periods not occupied by network programs with local or syndicated programming. PBS, which offers daytime programming through a children's program block (PBS Kids) is not included, as its member television stations have local flexibility over most of their schedules and broadcast times for network shows may vary. Also not included are MyNetworkTV (as the programming service does not offer daytime programs of any kind) and Ion Television (as its schedules is composed mainly of syndicated reruns). In the United States, for most of the history of broadcasting, there were only three or four major commercial national Terrestrial television, terrestrial television network, networks. ''General Hospital'' (often abbreviated as ''GH'') is an American daytime television soap opera created by Frank and Doris Hursley which has been broadcast on American Broadcasting Company, ABC since April 1, 1963. Originally a half-hour serial, its running time was expanded from 30 minutes to 45 minutes on July 26, 1976, and again to a full hour on January 16, 1978. The 2024 Major League Baseball postseason was the playoff tournament of Major League Baseball (MLB) for the 2024 season. In each of the two leagues – National and American – the three division winners and three wild card teams (the remaining teams with the best records) participated in the postseason, for a total of twelve teams. ''Let's Make a Deal'' (also known as ''LMAD'') is a television game show that originated in the United States in 1963 and has since been produced in many countries throughout the world. The program was created and produced by Stefan Hatos and Monty Hall, the latter serving as its game show host, host for nearly 30 years. The format of ''Let's Make a Deal'' involves selected members of the studio audience, referred to as "traders", making deals with the host. In most cases, a trader will be offered something of value and given a choice of whether to keep it or exchange it for a different item.
