2024–25 Missouri Tigers Men's Basketball Team
The 2024–25 Missouri Tigers men's basketball team represented the University of Missouri in the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season and is led by third year head coach Dennis Gates. The team plays its home games at Mizzou Arena in Columbia, Missouri as a thirteenth-year member of the Southeastern Conference. Previous season The Tigers finished the season 8–24, 0–18 in SEC play and finishing last place. The Tigers started the season going 8–5 with big wins over Minnesota and Pittsburgh in non-conference play. After non-conference play ended, the Tigers lost 18 conference games in a row with close games coming against South Carolina in overtime and Ole Miss. Dennis Gates
Dennis Gates (born January 14, 1980) is an American college basketball coach and former player who is the head coach of the Missouri Tigers men's basketball team. Playing career Gates played college basketball at California Golden Bears men's basketball, California, where he was a two-time first-team All-Academic selection in the Pac-12 Conference, Pac-10, having graduated in three years, playing his senior season as a master's degree candidate. Gates was also a member of Cal's 2002 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament, 2002 NCAA tournament team. Coaching career After graduation, Gates served as a coaching intern for the Los Angeles Clippers before heading to the college ranks for two graduate assistant coaching positions at Marquette Golden Eagles men's basketball, Marquette and Florida State Seminoles men's basketball, Florida State for a season each. Abiemnom (or Biemnom) is an administrative area in the extreme northwest of Ruweng Administrative Area, South Sudan. It borders Southern Kordofan in Sudan to the north.
