Luigi Trillo
Luis Antonio Crisostomo Trillo, (born July 13, 1975) better known as Luigi Trillo, is the head coach of Meralco Bolts in the Philippine Basketball Association. He was the former head coach of the Alaska Aces, and Cebuana Lhuillier Gems in the PBA D-League. Coaching career Early years After suiting up for La Salle from 1993 to 1997, Trillo did not play professionally. He first got the offer to coach for a private school for boys called Southridge in 1997. After Southridge, he became a co-coach with Jorge Gallent in the junior Philippine Basketball League. He then got an offer as an assistant coach for the Cebu Gems in the now-defunct Metropolitan Basketball Association, where he went straight to the finals in his first year. The Araneta Coliseum, also currently known by naming rights sponsorship as Smart Araneta Coliseum, is an indoor multi-purpose sports arena that is part of the Araneta City in the Cubao area of Quezon City, Philippines. Nicknamed "the Big Dome", it is one of the largest indoor arenas in Asia, and one of the largest clear span domes in the world. Cliff Hodge
Clifford Marion "Cliff" Hodge (born February 3, 1988) is a Filipino-American basketball player for the Meralco Bolts of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He was selected 4th overall by the Meralco Bolts in the 2012 PBA draft. Semi-professional career After his college career ended, Hodge met Geremy Robinson, a former PBA import who played for the Air21 Express. After Robinson found out he was half-Filipino, Robinson encouraged him to play in the Philippines. In 2011, Hodge joined the NLEX Road Warriors in the PBA D-League. They won the inaugural league championship. NLEX then won the 2011 Aspirants' Cup. The following conference, he was named the Best Player of the 2012 Foundation Cup and made the Mythical Team. Allen Isiah Jeremiah Durham (born July 9, 1988), nicknamed The Hulk, is an American professional basketball player for the Saga Ballooners of the B.League. Allen owns the Grand Rapids Danger of the North American Basketball League and runs a foundation under his name. He leads Grace Bible College all-time in points, rebounds, and blocks and has played in multiple leagues around the world. College career Durham came to Grace Bible College, a Division II school in the NCCAA, after graduating from Wyoming Park in 2006. He was recruited by Coach Gary Bailey. Norman Augustus Black (born November 12, 1957) is the current Consultant to the San Beda University Red Lions Basketball team playing in the NCAA Philippines. He is a former professional basketball player who played in the CBA, NBA, and PBA. He's the former head coach for the Meralco Bolts. He has since settled in the Philippines. The role of active consultant, or simply consultant, in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) is the highest coaching role a foreign citizen could normally get in the top-flight professional basketball league due to the head coach role being restricted to Filipino citizens. Nenad Vučinić ( sr-Cyrl, Ненад Вучинић; born 7 April 1965) is a Serbian-New Zealand basketball coach and former player. Reynel Frances T. Hugnatan (born November 3, 1978) is a Filipino professional basketball player who plays for the San Juan Knights franchise of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) and Pilipinas Super League (PSL). He also serves as an assistant coach for the Meralco Bolts of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He was picked 9th overall by the Coca-Cola Tigers in the 2003 PBA draft. Gene Afable, is a Filipino basketball coach who currently serves as an assistant coach for the Meralco Bolts. Playing career Afable played for the Ateneo Blue Eagles with Olsen Racela, Jun Reyes, Eric Reyes, Jojo Lastimosa, and Jet Nieto (father of Matt and Mike Nieto).
