The 2024–25 Kansas State Wildcats men's basketball team represented Kansas State University in the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season, their 122nd basketball season. The Wildcats were led by third-year head coach Jerome Tang and played their home games in Bramlage Coliseum in Manhattan, Kansas as members of the Big 12 Conference. Jerome Tang
Jerome Tang (born October 7, 1966) is a Trinidadian-American college basketball coach who is the head coach for the Wildcats of Kansas State University. He had previously been an assistant coach under Scott Drew from 2003 to 2022 at Baylor, where the Bears won the 2021 NCAA Championship. Early life Tang was born in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago. He moved with his parents to St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, living there until age 10 when his family relocated to Texas. Tang first attended North Central Bible College in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and then studied at home via online learning with Charter Oak State College over the Internet, and earned a bachelor's degree in 2007. The 2023–24 Iowa Hawkeyes men's basketball team represented the University of Iowa during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The team was led by 14th-year head coach Fran McCaffery and played its home games at Carver–Hawkeye Arena as members of the Big Ten Conference. They finished the season 19–15, 10–10 in Big Ten play, resulting in a three-way tie for sixth place. Coleman Hawkins (basketball)
Coleman Hawkins (born December 10, 2001) is an American basketball player. He played college basketball for the Kansas State Wildcats of the Big 12 Conference and the Illinois Fighting Illini of the Big Ten Conference. Early life and high school career Hawkins grew up in Antelope, California and initially attended Antelope High School. He transferred to Prolific Prep in Napa, California after his sophomore year. As a senior, he averaged 12.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 6.5 assists per game, leading his team to a 31–3 record. Hawkins was rated a three-star recruit and committed to playing college basketball for Illinois over offers from Rutgers, San Diego State, Marquette, and USC. Ellsworth Community College is a public community college in Iowa Falls, Iowa. It was founded as Ellsworth College in 1890 by Eugene S. Ellsworth. The Cal State Fullerton Titans men's basketball team is the basketball team that represents California State University, Fullerton in Fullerton, California, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Big West Conference. The Michigan Wolverines men's basketball team is the College basketball, intercollegiate men's basketball program representing the University of Michigan. Knasir Douglas "Dug" McDaniel (born January 8, 2003) is an American college basketball player for the Memphis Tigers. He previously played for the Kansas State Wildcats and the Michigan Wolverines.
