2024–25 FC Midtjylland Season
The 2024–25 season is FC Midtjylland's 26th season in existence, and its 24th consecutive season in the Danish Superliga, the top tier of football in Denmark. As a result of Midtjylland winning the 2023–24 Danish Superliga title, the club participated in the 2024–25 UEFA Champions League, and also took part in the 2024-25 UEFA Europa League and the 2024–25 Danish Cup. Football Club Midtjylland (, "Central Jutland") is a Danish professional football club based in Herning and Ikast. The club is the result of a merger between Ikast FS and Herning Fremad. Midtjylland competes in the Danish Superliga, which they have won four times, most recently in 2024. Midtjylland is known as one of the best football clubs in the western part of Jutland. Having had international stars playing for the club, such as Mohamed Zidan and Alexander Sørloth. Ousmane Diao (born 8 June 2004) is a Senegalese footballer who plays as a centre-back for Danish Superliga club FC Midtjylland. Club career Youth years Diao was born and raised in Ouakam, a commune in the capital Dakar, where he also started his career in AS Ouakam. Lee Han-beom (; born 17 June 2002) is a South Korean professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Danish Superliga club Midtjylland and the South Korea national team.
