The 2024–25 Creighton Bluejays men's basketball team represented Creighton University in the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Greg McDermott
Greg McDermott (born November 25, 1964) is an American basketball coach who has been the head coach of the Creighton Bluejays men's basketball, Creighton Bluejays men's basketball team since 2010. Previously, McDermott served as the head coach at Wayne State Wildcats men's basketball, Wayne State College, North Dakota State Bison men's basketball, North Dakota State, Northern Iowa Panthers men's basketball, Northern Iowa, and Iowa State Cyclones men's basketball, Iowa State. He is the father of NBA player Doug McDermott. Early life McDermott grew up in Cascade, Iowa, in a Irish Catholic household and played basketball for Cascade High School. Trey Alexander (born May 2, 2003) is an American professional basketball player for the New Orleans Pelicans of the National Basketball Association (NBA), on a two-way contract with the Birmingham Squadron of the NBA G League.
