2024 Women's T20 World Cup
The 2024 Women's T20 World Cup was the ninth edition of the Women's T20 World Cup. Originally scheduled to be hosted in Bangladesh from 3 to 20 October 2024, it was later relocated to the United Arab Emirates for the same dates due to political unrest in Bangladesh, although the Bangladesh Cricket Board still held the hosting rights. New Zealand won their first title defeating South Africa by 32 runs in the final at Dubai. The tournament featured 10 teams, including the hosts, the top six teams from the 2023 edition, next highest-ranked team in the ICC Women's T20I Team Rankings not already qualified, and two other teams determined through the global qualifier. 2024 Womens T20 World Cup Participating Nations

It is a square number, the smallest semiprime and composite number, and is considered unlucky in many East Asian cultures. ICC Women's T20I Team Rankings
The ICC women's rankings were launched on 1 October 2015 covering all three formats of women's cricket. The ranking system gives equal weight to results of Test, ODI, and T20 matches. It was designed by statistician and ICC Cricket Committee member David Kendix and utilizes the same methodology as men's cricket rankings. Each team scores points based on the results of their matches over the last 3–4 years − all matches played in the 12–24 months since the first of October before last, plus all the matches played in the 24 months before that, for which the matches played and points earned both count half. Bangladesh Women's National Cricket Team
The Bangladesh women's national cricket team is the team that represents the country of Bangladesh in international women's cricket matches. They made their international debut when they played, and won, two matches against Thailand in July 2007 before participating in and winning the 2007 ACC Women's Tournament. Bangladesh were granted One-Day International (ODI) status in 2011 after finishing fifth in the 2011 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier. The 2023 Women's T20 World Cup was the eighth edition of Women's T20 World Cup tournament. It was held in South Africa between 10 February and 26 February 2023. The final took place at Cape Town. Australia won their sixth and third consecutive title after beating the hosts South Africa in the final by 19 runs.
