Tommy Paul defeated Lorenzo Musetti in the final, 6–1, 7–6(10–8) to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Queen's Club Championships. It was his third career ATP Tour title, and first on grass. Paul was the first American to win the tournament since Sam Querrey in 2010. Carlos Alcaraz was the defending champion, but lost in the second round to Jack Draper. This marked the end of Alcaraz's 13-match winning streak on grass.
