2024 PDC Players Championship Series
The 2024 PDC Players Championship series consisted of 30 darts tournaments on the 2024 PDC Pro Tour. The Top 64 on the Players Championship Order of Merit qualified for the 2024 Players Championship Finals. Prize money The 2024 prize money was significantly increased compared to the previous year. This is how the prize money was divided: February Players Championship 1 Players Championship 1 was contested on Monday 12 February 2024. On their Pro Tour debuts, Luke Littler and Leighton Bennett hit nine-dart finishes, against and Lukas Wenig respectively. Mickey Mansell also hit a nine-darter against Krzysztof Ratajski. 2024 PDC Pro Tour
The 2024 PDC Pro Tour was a series of non-televised darts tournaments organised by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). Players Championships and European Tour events are the events that make up the Pro Tour. There were thirty Players Championship events and thirteen PDC European Tour events, as well as 24 events for the Challenge and Development Tours, and the Women's Series. Dave Chisnall topped the 2024 Pro Tour Order of Merit, with Luke Littler, Luke Humphries, Stephen Bunting and Ryan Searle completing the top five. Dirk van Duijvenbode (born 30 June 1992) is a Dutch professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He is known for his energetic walk-on, combined with hardstyle music. More recently, he has become known for his job on an aubergine farm, which has led to him having the nickname 'Aubergenius'. Alan Soutar (born 10 January 1978) is a Scottish professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. A PDC Tour Card holder since 2021, Soutar won his first PDC title at 2024 Players Championship 11. He reached his first major quarter-final at the 2022 Grand Slam. Kim Huybrechts
Kim Huybrechts (born 16 November 1985) is a Belgian professional darts player competing in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. Brendan Dolan
Brendan Gabriel Dolan (born 2 August 1973) is a Northern Irish professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He was the first player to hit a nine-dart finish in a "double-to-start" event (where a player must hit a double to begin play), which he achieved at the 2011 World Grand Prix, giving him the nickname the History Maker.
