The 2024 Copa CONMEBOL Sudamericana was the 23rd edition of the Copa Sudamericana, CONMEBOL Sudamericana (also referred to as the ''Copa Sudamericana''), South America's secondary club association football, football tournament organized by CONMEBOL. The competition began on 5 March and ended on 23 November 2024, with the 2024 Copa Sudamericana final, final played in Asunción, Paraguay. Estadio General Pablo Rojas, also known as "La Nueva Olla", was announced as the host stadium for the final match on 7 October 2024. Argentine club Racing Club de Avellaneda, Racing were the champions, winning their first title in the competition after defeating Brazilian side Cruzeiro Esporte Clube, Cruzeiro 3–1 in the final. Estadio General Pablo Rojas, locally known as La Olla or La Nueva Olla and for sponsorship reasons known as Estadio ueno La Nueva Olla, is a association football, football stadium in the neighbourhood of Barrio Obrero (Asunción), Barrio Obrero in Asunción, Paraguay. The 2023 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A (officially the Brasileirão Assaí 2023 for sponsorship reasons) was the 67th season of the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, the top level of professional football in Brazil, and the 20th edition in a double round-robin since its establishment in 2003.
