The 2023–24 Women's Basketball Super League (), officially called the ING Women's Basketball Super League, was the 44th edition of the top-tier level professional women's basketball league in Turkey. The season ended with Fenerbahçe winning their sixth straight championship, defeating ÇBK Mersin Yenişehir Bld. in the play-off finals. Çukurova basketbol Mersin (ÇBK Mersin), for sponsorship reasons Çimsa ÇBK Mersin, is a Turkish professional women's basketball club based in Mersin, Türkiye. The club was founded in 2015 and currently competing in the Women's Basketball Super League. History The club was founded in 2015 under the name Cukurova Basketbol Mersin. In 2020 the team was rebranded to CBK Mersin. The club joined the KSBL for the 2017/2018 season. Grine had left the league prior to the beginning of the 2017 season. After competing in the play-off semi finals in their first season, the club played in the play-off finals against Fenerbahçe in the 2018–19 season. The club lost to Fenerbahçe in the finals, but qualified to compete in EuroLeague Women in the 2019–20 season. On January 22, 2020, a partnership was established with the Yenişehir Municipality, and the club's name was changed to ÇBK Mersin Yenişehir Belediyesi. Women's Basketball Super League
The Women's Basketball Super League (, KBSL), also known as the ING Women's Basketball Super League for sponsorship reasons, is the top women's professional basketball division of the Turkish women's basketball league system. The league was established in 1980 and is organized by the Turkish Basketball Federation, it replaced the former Turkish Women’s Basketball League which ran between 1956 and 1980. There is also a Turkish Women's Basketball League (TKBL), the second level in the Turkish women's basketball league system. The present TKBL should not be confused with the former TKBL, which ran between 1956 and 1980; after the KBSL was founded, the TKBL became a second-tier league. Fenerbahçe S.K.
