2023–24 UTEP Miners Women's Basketball Team
The 2023–24 UTEP Miners women's basketball team represented the University of Texas at El Paso during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Miners, led by Keitha Adams in the first season of her second stint as head coach, and 17th season overall, played their home games at the Don Haskins Center in El Paso, Texas as a member of Conference USA. Previous season The Miners finished the 2022–23 season 20–12, 12–8 in C-USA play to finish in a tie for fourth place. As the #4 seed in the C-USA tournament, they defeated #5 seed Louisiana Tech in the quarterfinals, before falling to top-seeded and eventual tournament champions Middle Tennessee in the semifinals. Keitha Adams
Keitha Rachelle Adams ( Green; born February 13, 1967) is an American college basketball coach who is currently the head women's basketball coach at UTEP. Prior to the 2006–07 season, Adams was known as Keitha Green. Coaching career Adams began her coaching career in 1987 as a girls' basketball assistant coach at Belle Plaine High School in Belle Plaine, Kansas while studying at Southwestern College, from which she would ultimately graduate in 1989. After graduating from Southwestern, Adams joined Winfield High School in Winfield, Kansas and coached softball, volleyball, and track before ultimately settling on basketball full-time in 1991. In 1994, Adams became a women's basketball assistant coach at Independence Community College; she was also a men's and women's tennis coach in the 1994–95 season. Bradley Braves Women's Basketball
The Bradley Braves women's basketball team represents Bradley University, located in Peoria, Illinois, United States, in National Collegiate Athletic Association, NCAA Division I (NCAA), Division I basketball competition. They currently compete in the Missouri Valley Conference. History Bradley began play in 1975. They made the 2011 Women's Basketball Invitational. In their only postseason appearance as of 2017, they lost to Minnesota 85–59 in the First Round. The Braves have an all-time record (as of the end of the 2015–16 season) of 504–611. They played in the Gateway Conference from 1983 to 1992 before joining the Missouri Valley Conference in 1992. The Penn State Lady Lions basketball team represents Pennsylvania State University and plays its home games in the Bryce Jordan Center.
