2023–24 Toledo Rockets Men's Basketball Team
The 2023–24 Toledo Rockets men's basketball team represented the University of Toledo during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Rockets, led by 14th-year head coach Tod Kowalczyk, played their home games at Savage Arena in Toledo, Ohio, as members of the Mid-American Conference (MAC). They finished the season 20–12, 14–4 in MAC play, to win their fourth straight regular-season MAC championship. They were upset by Kent State in the quarterfinals of the MAC tournament. Toledo was not selected for the National Invitation Tournament and declined to participate in the College Basketball Invitational and the CollegeInsider.com tournament. Previous season The Rockets finished 27–8 and won their third straight regular-season championship with a 16–2 record in MAC play. 2022–23 Ohio Bobcats Men's Basketball Team
The 2022–23 Ohio University Bobcats men's basketball team represented Ohio University for the 2022–23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bobcats were led by fourth-year head coach Jeff Boals, who was a 1995 graduate of Ohio University. They played their home games at the Convocation Center in Athens, Ohio as a member of the Mid-American Conference. Ohio started the season slow after key player losses from the prior year. They also started conference play slowly with several difficult road games in January. They recovered in February and won seven out of their last nine regular season games to head into the MAC tournament at 18–13 as the fifth seed with a 10–8 conference record. The Baylor Bears men's basketball team represents Baylor University in Waco, Texas, in National Collegiate Athletic Association, NCAA Division I (NCAA), Division I men's basketball competition. Setric Deon "Seth" Millner Jr. (born June 29, 2000) is an American professional basketball player for Kauhajoki Karhu of the Korisliiga. He played college basketball for the Cleveland State Vikings, Northwest Florida State Raiders and Toledo Rockets. High school career Millner was raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, and played basketball, baseball, and football while growing up. His mother convinced him to focus on one sport so he committed himself to basketball. At a ninth grade Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) tournament in Indianapolis, Millner fractured his tibia in a fall and was confined to a wheelchair for several months. The Youngstown State Penguins men's basketball team represents Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio.
